Reiki is a hands-on healing art from Japan that supports health on mental, physical, and emotional levels. A Reiki session can bring the body to a state of deep rest that allows for processing of emotion, healing of cells and tissues, and balancing of the whole system. The basics of Reiki are simple to learn (thanks to the ingenuity of the lineage bearers who have handed down this teaching) and within two 8 hour days, you can learn to give Reiki to yourself and your personal community. (Note: this is not practitioner level training, but builds towards it.)
Monday • December 7, 10 am to 6 pm
Tuesday • December 8 10 am to 6 pm
This class includes:
- instruction on hand positions
- discussion of chakras and energy anatomy
- practice sessions with your classmates
- attunements to connect you to Reiki energetically
- history of Reiki as passed down from teacher to teacher

Includes:
Two nights overnight stays at Forest House, and meals.
Cancellation policy: full refund if I am given one week or more notice. After that payment can be applied to a future class but not refunded.
